Brioche Bread And Butter Pudding | Food | Channel4.com
I sort of made this for pudding the other day… except I couldn’t be bothered to do it properly so I missed most of it out and just hurled bits of randomly chunked chocolate in amongst the brioche, added a tablespoonish of caster sugar to the eggy mixture and bunged it in the oven. The brioche soaked up loads of eggy mix and started to rise worryingly but it turned out ok if a tad stodgy. I then had to inform the curstard hating Husband that he’d consumed somthing that was custard based. He wasn’t amused.
