Microwave dinner… nearly…
Have been reading Nigella Express, which a kind person got us for Christmas, salivating over delicious recipes. Distantly recall that our oven and hob are still broken, curses. Attempt to make jacket potatoes in microwave which randomly overheats and turns off. Ponder if would have been quicker to start small bonfire in garden and cook spuds on there (and possibly spit-roast a hog or similar) than using stupid rubbish microwave. Wonder if will be celebrating new years day with Pot-Noodle supper?
