Holiday review
Accommodation:
Nice, but on the first night Sprog fell out of bed at 2am, not an encouraging start.
We stayed at what was a meditation type place, nice and quiet with good views, Sprog enjoyed yelling “Hello Man!” at the hippies…
Day-trips:
Went to Longleat where he slept through the drive round the safari park. He was uninterested in the giraffes and zebras but very keen on the tractors…
At Wookey hole he was more interested in the tractor we saw on the way in than in the caves, giant dinosaurs or circus display. The penny arcade was a big hit though as he could ‘drive cars’.
Upon visiting The Fleet Air Arm museum he decided that he wasn’t keen on planes. He did warm up once we sat him in a cock-pit and he could press all the buttons, we had to make a few tips ‘on concorde’ so he could look at all the buttons etc.
Overall:
Sprog enjoyed it, I’m knackered… but it was good.
