– It was really surprisingly scrummy… my googling prior to trying this came up with all manner of variations. The plain version seems to be cut into florets, coat with olive oil, sprinkle with pepper or salt, roast for about 20 mins at 200 and until some bits have got a bit frazzled…...

This is quite an interesting take on charitable donations. You lend someone money as an investment in their business and they pay you back, then you can re-invest in someone else. You even get given a risk factor to show how likely you are to be repaid… pretty cool.

A big up for Zaffron, we’ve been there several times and had a few take aways too… Recently we used their online ordering system, it was so fast I am now wondering if maybe they’re monitoring my internet activity! Great food, great origami from Yogi, great takeaway… so all round greatness then… GREAT!!
